Double terminated wands are great for deep healing in meditation or when used on others in Crystal healing. Double terminated wands are useful in these settings over other crystal variations because their double pointed ends allow energy from the body of the crystal to be directed from both ends. If you want to remove negative energy from your field of energy you can point one end towards you and use your minds eye to imagine the energy moving away from you and out of the other side of the crystal. If you want to direct healing energy inward to a specific place on the body you can imagine it being drawn into your energy field or the person your bringing healing to. Double terminated crystals also work as a channel that can emit intentional energy to far away places (to a distant friend or loved one, for mass universal healing, or to connect with your guides and higher forms of consciousness).

     I enjoy working with these crystals near a windowsill very early in the morning and/ or at the golden hour when the sun is still low enough to shine through its mysterious layers. Since working with this crystal, I have also felt a deep sense of motivation to clear up some areas of inner conflict that needed my attention and devotion.
